Job Description

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste de l'apprentissage associé pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente. Le candidat idéal sera capable de maîtriser les techniques de présentation et d'animation pour optimiser le transfert de connaissances aux apprenants adultes.

Responsabilités
  • Agir en tant que partenaire commercial pour établir et maintenir des partenariats utiles
  • Tirer parti de relations efficaces avec les principaux partenaires commerciaux des équipes Marketing, Ventes et Affaires médicales
  • Évaluer les besoins et les lacunes et formuler des recommandations pour offrir des interventions d'apprentissage appropriées
  • Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des formations en vente pour renforcer la confiance clinique et les connaissances sur les produits
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les programmes et le contenu des formations
  • Simplifier les programmes de formation pour l'équipe de vente
  • Développer du matériel de formation en vente pour améliorer la confiance clinique et les connaissances sur les produits
  • Maintenir une connaissance à jour de l'environnement de vente local, des tendances du marché et des objectifs des filiales/unités commerciales
  • Établir et assurer une utilisation cohérente des processus et des outils pour gérer les projets
  • Élaborer du contenu pour la préparation au lancement, conformément aux indications locales et aux besoins commerciaux
Compétences requises
  • Excellentes compétences en animation et en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) essentiel
  • Capacité d'établir des liens avec un large éventail d'auditoires et capacité d'exploiter les plateformes de formation virtuelles
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et pour l'utilisation des outils de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Aptitudes éprouvées liées à la prise de décisions et à la pensée critique

Le rôle est basé sur le terrain avec une attente de temps au bureau principal, selon les besoins.
