Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively. This includes determining the type of services to be offered and implementing procedures to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand. This includes negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations. This includes implementing procedures to prevent accidents and ensuring that our staff are trained to respond in the event of an emergency.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant. This includes addressing customer complaints or concerns and resolving conflict situations.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesWork in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This includes standing for extended periods and being able to lift heavy objects.
Personal SuitabilityBe accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, and have excellent oral communication skills. You should also be flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Requirements- College/CEGEP education
