Job Title: Commercial Delegate BT
Job Description:
At EightSix Network, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Delegate BT to join our team. As a Commercial Delegate BT, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue.
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients in the business travel sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Develop and negotiate commercial offers and contracts with clients.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bilingual French/English.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or business travel sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the business travel market and current trends.
