Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team at WPE Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing water and wastewater management systems, as well as conducting feasibility studies and technical analyses.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Plan and design water and wastewater management systems, including highways and roadways projects.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to identify potential solutions for water and wastewater management.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analyses of survey and field data to develop topographic, soil, hydrological, or other information and prepare reports.
- Construction Specifications: Develop construction specifications and procedures.
- Contract Management: Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers, and review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
- Registration: Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a fast-paced environment and a requirement to work under pressure. Overtime may be required.
