Operations Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at Great White Shark Enterprises LP. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize business performance.
- Operations Planning: Collaborate with the management team to plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
- Staff Management: Set staff work schedules, manage inventory, and oversee the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Event Management: Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring smooth execution and maximum impact.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve common goals.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
