About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos and Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
