Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
