Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses, ensuring that we are operating within budget.

  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area.
