Documentation Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Control Specialist to join our team at Sonepar. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving, logging, tracking, filing, and monitoring customer and vendor supplied documentation and technical correspondence.
- Setting up document control records, archiving project information, and preparing project data books.
- Obtaining required documentation from manufacturers and vendors.
- Reviewing documentation requests and preparing documents for bids and quotations.
- Acting as backup support to project and quotation administrators.
- Order and quotation entry and management.
- Uploading/submitting documentation to SharePoint site/Customer Portals.
- Ensuring all documentation is consistent and adheres to internal standards.
- Archiving all Project Documentation and Project Close-out.
- Liaising with Sales Representative, Project Specialist, and Management.
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or related field.
- Problem-solving skills, information gathering, and attention to detail.
- Experience in data entry, administrative, and/or document control.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to meet project timelines and perform in a high-pressure and team-based environment.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $63,000/year.
