Job Title: Steel Stud Framer

At Alisa Construction Inc, we are seeking a skilled Steel Stud Framer to join our team. As a Steel Stud Framer, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Work Environment

You will work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a noisy and dusty environment. You will be required to travel regularly and be willing to work in various locations, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Responsibilities
  • Measure and cut materials to required specifications
  • Assemble and join materials using various techniques
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Travel regularly to various locations
Requirements
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Hard hat
  • Safety glasses/goggles
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience an asset
Working Conditions

The job requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as handling heavy loads and working under tight deadlines. You will be required to work overtime and be physically demanding.
