Educational Technology Integration Specialist

Enhance the educational experience for both staff and students by providing expert coaching and training focused on the effective use of technology in learning environments.
Ensure the ongoing setup and troubleshooting of computer systems, software, and peripherals across various locations within the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Assist staff and students in utilizing technology for educational purposes in designated locations.
Innovate methods for integrating learning technologies into everyday practices. Foster strong relationships with end users by engaging positively and supportively. Collaborate with team members to keep users informed and share technical information through various channels. Stay updated on technology trends through digital resources and professional development opportunities. Install and resolve issues with computer systems, networks, and standard software as needed.
Conduct technical diagnostics and preventative maintenance on devices, including specialized equipment.Maintain an inventory database and ensure detailed tracking and resolution of support tickets. Lead projects by coordinating daily activities and implementations as necessary.
Communicate with hardware and software vendors. Provide guidance to temporary or student assistants as required. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
A high school diploma (O.S.S.D.) is required, along with a three-year diploma in a computer-related field, encompassing at least 1,500 hours of instructional time. A minimum of two years of relevant experience or a recognized professional certification is necessary.
Proven ability to conduct coaching and mentoring sessions in classroom settings or in front of groups. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Work effectively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.Must be a team player capable of adapting to a dynamic environment. Experience in installing and supporting Windows and web-based software products is required. Familiarity with editing and updating website content is advantageous. A solid technical understanding of various operating systems, platforms, and industry-standard software is necessary.
Experience in servicing and repairing computers is required, along with the ability to lift and transport computer hardware and peripherals.
A valid driver's license and transportation to various locations within the organization's jurisdiction are mandatory.Next Steps:
