Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and served to our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we have what we need to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to our high standards, and that our kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics to help us make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
