About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Wealth Advisor to join our Commercial & Private Banking 1859 team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, providing personalized wealth management advice, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wealth management strategy for assigned clients, including financial planning, investment advice, and portfolio management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including financial advisors, investment specialists, and relationship managers, to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell National Bank's products and services to clients, driving revenue growth and increasing client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Completed Securities Trading Course and Standards of Conduct Handbook.
  • Professional certifications, such as CFA, FICVM, or CPA, are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, client relationship management, and wealth management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
