Job Summary

CARELANCE JANITORIAL LTD. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Empty trash cans and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed.
  • Make minor repairs to furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and contact maintenance personnel for assistance as required.
  • Move heavy furniture and equipment, and assist with special event setup and teardown.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
