Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, this role entails a variety of tasks associated with the management of gaming operations, focusing on precision and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing cash transactions, calculating payouts, and performing additional tasks as necessary. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Duties Include:
Supervising staff members Ensuring adherence to AGCO/OLG/Delta regulations Balancing cash transactions Processing card returns, entering sales data, and calculating payouts Interacting courteously with customers and staff Opening and closing the facility Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations ManagerRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a customer service environment Proficient in cash handling and daily cash reconciliation Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Must be at least 18 years old Bilingual in English and French (a requirement for Hawkesbury)Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with gaming or bingo is advantageous but not required Certifications such as Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, and Health & Safety/First Aid are beneficialAbout Delta Bingo & Gaming:
