About the Role:
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to the Finance and Human Resource teams, ensuring transparency and alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-institutional partners to ensure compliance with host institution policies and granting agency rules.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of administrative staff, providing guidance, advice, and training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with research groups and team members, fostering collaboration and integration of research, clinical, and educational activities.
