The Bank of Canada is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead its Recruitment and Global Mobility functions. As the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Global Mobility, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Bank's talent acquisition strategies and driving global mobility initiatives.
About the Role
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Recruitment Specialists and Global Mobility Specialists. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Overseeing the Global Mobility function, ensuring seamless relocation, immigration, and external mobility programs
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Driving innovation and process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Fostering a data-driven culture to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a post-secondary education in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.) and established experience in a senior leadership role within Human Resources, Recruitment, or a similar function. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
