Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have sufficient stock.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action if necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, and ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, attention to detail.
