In this role, you will engage in various activities that contribute to the store's success, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering a high-quality customer service environment by upholding operational standards, communicating updates effectively, and training Associates on service area policies.
- Exhibiting strong planning and prioritization skills while guiding Associates in collaboration with the management team.
- Training and mentoring team members on merchandise presentation and exceptional customer service, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating the timely movement of merchandise and ensuring the sales floor meets visual presentation standards.
- Influencing sales and trends by creating engaging displays in key areas, aligning with the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies through dynamic feature updates.
To embark on your journey with us, you should possess:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry background is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a keen understanding of customer and Associate needs
- Capability to establish and maintain a warehouse environment
Hourly compensation: $23.19 per hour*
This reflects the anticipated hiring range and may not encompass the complete pay range for the position. The offered pay rate may exceed the posted range based on various factors such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
