Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in software engineering, information technology, or computer science
- 8-10 years of experience in operational leadership, digital transformation, and team management
- Comprehensive understanding of technology infrastructure management, IT security, and industrial control systems
- Proven visionary and strategic mindset
- Demonstrated ability to enhance business processes
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
