Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our food service team at Late Night Pizza. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and culinary expertise to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and service.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food service operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
