About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at KING OF PUB. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and storing beverages and food products.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Drink Recommendations: Provide recommendations on drink selections to enhance the customer experience.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on mixology techniques and product knowledge.
  • Cash Handling: Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages.
  • Inventory Management: Store beverage and food products in a manner that ensures quality and freshness.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
