Responsabilités
  • Coordonner les activités de marketing pour l'équipe de conseillers, y compris le site Web, les initiatives liées aux médias sociaux et la reconnaissance des clients pour souligner les événements marquants.
  • Aider l'équipe de conseillers à se préparer aux rencontres avec les clients, notamment en fixant des rendez-vous.
  • Traiter les demandes et les demandes de renseignements courantes des clients, y compris les déplacements de fonds de base, les problèmes technologiques et l'ouverture et la mise à jour de comptes.
  • Produire des rapports et des documents pour les conseillers et les clients, selon les demandes, et traiter des éléments relatifs aux comptes et aux dossiers des clients.

Qualifications requises
  • Généralement d'une à deux années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente avec diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe souhaitable, ou combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d'expérience.
  • Connaissance de l'exploitation d'une société de gestion de patrimoine et de l'exploitation en succursale (service à la clientèle, services de fiducie, transferts de comptes, etc.) - un atout.
  • Connaissance des aspects opérationnels des produits traditionnels (actions, obligations, marché monétaire, fonds d'investissement) et des produits non traditionnels (produits gérés et produits à honoraires) - un atout.
  • Connaissance de la technologie, des applications et des logiciels utilisés dans le secteur de la planification financière et des placements.
  • Réussite du Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada et du Cours relatif au Manuel sur les normes de conduite requise dans un délai de 18 mois suivant la date d'embauche.
  • Réussite du programme d'accréditation des représentants en placement (30 jours) de BMO Nesbitt Burns.
