  • Engage in strategic planning for the introduction of new product lines.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures regarding sales operations.
  • Lead the sales team in fostering relationships with corporate clients and managing sales contract negotiations.
  • Organize and manage regional and divisional sales functions.
  • Direct and assess the activities of sales departments across various sectors including commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review various projects and programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered consistently.
  • Oversee event management and execution.
