Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working with individuals living with addiction and mental health. You will be responsible for developing and delivering harm reduction and supportive treatment modalities, as well as providing medical care and support to patients. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver harm reduction and supportive treatment modalities for patients with opiate dependency
- Provide medical care and support to patients, including dispensing and administering medications
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Perform ECGs, venipuncture, urine drug screening, and other vital functions
- Update and maintain patient information within Electronic Medical Records
- Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Previous experience in addiction treatment and/or a similar field
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Strong commitment to working with individuals living with addiction and mental health
- Proficiency in using Microsoft platform, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
