Job Title: Licensed Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Electrician to join our team on a night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance, conducting repairs and maintenance on production equipment, and constructing electrical panels for machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute preventive maintenance as per Maintenance Management specifications and instructions.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on production equipment, the building, and its components.
  • Construct electrical panels for machinery and develop electrical circuits to enhance equipment performance.
  • Additional related duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Interprovincial red seal trade license as an Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction Maintenance Electrician (309A).
  • 5+ years of related experience in the Food Plant Manufacturing industry.
  • Skills in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, maintenance equipment, and electronics.
  • Knowledge of industrial building wiring and CSA codes.
  • Able to report to a straight night shift.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
