Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all food safety procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and revenues, to ensure that our financial goals are met.
  • Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional service and prepare high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, including supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
