About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Anton Dharmaseelan Mortgage Agent. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Support: Assist the team in achieving their goals and objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
