Finance Manager for Retail Operations

Brandt is currently in search of a Finance Manager specializing in Retail Operations.

This role is pivotal in enhancing all facets of Brandt Finance's operations to support the sales of whole goods for Brandt Tractor Ltd. The individual will be tasked with promoting the financial services offered by Brandt Finance within a specified area determined by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by securing financing options to facilitate whole goods sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sales personnel, and external financial entities.
  • Market additional value-added services to our clientele (e.g., insurance products).
  • Generate income through referrals.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports.
  • Travel within the assigned area to engage with clients.
  • Identify potential financing requirements for our clients, including needs beyond Brandt Tractor products.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Willingness to travel is essential.
  • A proven ability to recognize and meet customer needs through a comprehensive understanding of sales and financing processes is necessary.
  • Prior experience in the heavy equipment sector is advantageous.
  • Relevant post-secondary education is preferred.
