Brandt is actively looking for a Finance Manager specializing in Retail for our operations.

This role is crucial in enhancing all facets of Brandt Finance's operations to support the sales of wholegoods for Brandt Tractor Ltd. The individual will be tasked with promoting the financial services offered by Brandt Finance within a specified region determined by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by securing financing options to facilitate wholegoods sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sales personnel, and external financial entities.
  • Market additional value-added services to our clientele (e.g., insurance products).
  • Generate income through referrals.
  • Provide weekly reports on activities undertaken.
  • Travel within the assigned region to engage with clients.
  • Identify potential financing requirements for our clients, including those not related to Brandt Tractor products.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Willingness to travel is essential.
  • A proven ability to recognize and fulfill customer needs through a comprehensive understanding of the sales and financing processes is necessary.
  • Prior experience in the heavy equipment sector is advantageous.
  • Relevant post-secondary education is preferred.
