Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at HomeEquity Bank. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Completed post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, data analysis, statistics)
  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
