Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Days Inn. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
- Reservations and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Cash Handling: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and provide customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
