Clinical Data Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Data Coordinator to join our team at Wellness North Counselling Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Abstract and Analyze Clinical Data: Extract and analyze clinical data and demographic information from health records according to established policies and procedures.
  • Collect and Store Health Records: Collect, code, cross-reference, and store health records and related information.
  • Operate Information Systems: Maintain indexes for classification systems and manage and retrieve health records information using information systems.
  • Prepare Statistics: Prepare medical, social, and administrative statistics.
  • Supervise Team Members: Supervise other health information management technicians and related workers.
Work Setting:

This role is based in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
