Job Title: Business Development Officer

Hunter Express Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies to promote business growth and development.
  • Administer programs to support industrial and commercial investment, including venture capital sourcing and development.
  • Plan and execute development projects to drive economic growth and job creation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Provide advice and guidance to businesses on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and community organizations.
  • Prepare and present reports, research papers, and other materials to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, economic development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment:

The Business Development Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
