Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with large national partnerships to increase brand awareness and sales penetration in Canada.
- Oversee the rollout of RecovR to dealers, managing a complex ecosystem of partners, field operations, dealers, and internal resources.
- Develop and manage partner pipelines, monitoring sales activity against assigned goals.
- Provide financial reports to dealership communities, highlighting penetration rates, profit, and overall success.
- Drive market-share growth month over month.
- Proven experience in building and managing channel partnerships, with a track record of recruiting and enabling top channel partners.
- Exceptional relationship management and strategic account planning capabilities.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.
