Northern Leadership Development Program Instructor

Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) is seeking a highly qualified Instructor to join our team in Yellowknife. As an Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering educational programming for adults and contributing to the success of our Northern Leadership Development Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and deliver educational programming for adults
- Instruct courses related to the Northern Leadership Development Program
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Liaise with advisory committees and contract staff
- Teach in other programs if expertise fits curriculum content
- Manage and maintain a learning environment conducive to education
- Master's degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
- Certification in leadership coaching or training
- 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- 2 years' experience working with Aboriginal governments or Northern community governance structures
- Completion of six weeks of full-time coursework in adult education within the first two years of employment
- Completion of a certificate in Adult Education within five years of hire
- Competitive salary range: $53.80 - $64.26 per hour (approximately $104,910 - $125,307) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700
