Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly skilled Digital Strategist to lead our paid advertising efforts and drive business growth for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with our digital designers to develop creative ads that speak to our clients' brand and audience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for our clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- 1+ year of experience working on SEM and PPC for paid search and social ad platforms.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects in a data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build reports and present findings to clients.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, dependent on experience.
- Additional profit-sharing bonuses available after probation is completed.
