Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Elca Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
    • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
