- Instrument Preparation: Prepare dental instruments and filling materials, adhering to strict sterilization and quality control standards.
- Administrative Support: Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, promoting healthy habits and preventing dental issues.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff.
- X-ray Services: Take and develop X-rays, providing critical diagnostic information for our dental team.
- Record Keeping: Record dental procedures performed on patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Financial Services: Invoice patients for dental services, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Disability Support: Provide awareness training to employees, creating a welcoming work environment for individuals with disabilities.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, promoting cultural understanding and integration.
- Youth Support: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, fostering their growth and development.
- Veteran Support: Provide awareness training to employees, creating a welcoming work environment for veterans.
- Indigenous Support: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees, promoting a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
