Job Summary:

The Director of Teaching and Learning will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic future of our global network of schools. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving educational innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality curriculum and teaching practices that enhance student learning outcomes and academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to refine evaluation strategies, utilizing data to improve instructional content and assessments.
  • Provide guidance and support to partner schools to improve teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes across the network.
  • Represent the organization at educational conferences and events, promoting our curriculum and teaching methods.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 10+ years of academic leadership experience at the K-12 level.
  • Extensive leadership experience in teaching and learning, with a focus on structured methodology and practice development.
  • In-depth knowledge and leadership experience in curriculum development and content effectiveness assessment.
  • Strong skills in cross-region and cross-team collaboration, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent presentation skills.
  • University degree and a proven track record of success in developing methodologies and practices to improve teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes.
