    • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through thorough data analysis.

    • Work closely with various teams, including performance marketing and sales, to enhance overall effectiveness and drive growth.

Qualifications Required:

  • A completed university degree in business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in a startup or high-growth environment, consulting, or similar fast-paced settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven history of data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in customer-focused communication strategies.
  • Experience in a conversion-driven B2C context, such as e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with international marketing and market entry strategies is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and effective implementation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
