We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing team in the absence of the Director of Care.
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous experience in long-term care is an asset, with comprehensive knowledge of duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
