About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at RAYN CULTIVATION LTD. as a Biochemistry Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that all medical laboratory equipment is properly set up and maintained to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Sample Analysis and Testing: Conduct routine laboratory tests and sample analyses to identify and diagnose medical conditions.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality control assessments of testing techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Specimen Collection and Record-Keeping: Collect tissue specimens for chemical analysis and record findings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Cost Control and Reporting: Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: College/CEGEP degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
  • Industrial Processes and Products Experience: Quality assurance and control experience in a laboratory setting.
