Job Description:

As a highly motivated Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing business execution through requirements gathering, process development, and systems implementation. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our business processes and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Process Development and Implementation: Develop comprehensive process maps and workflow diagrams for existing and new processes, supporting the development and deployment of key initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Interface with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable documentation, ensuring that process documentation is aligned with organizational objectives.
  • System Improvements: Identify, recommend, and implement system improvements and solutions that optimize and automate the execution of business and project processes through the application of new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Training and Deployment: Develop training materials to facilitate the implementation of new processes and systems, supporting the deployment of solutions to internal teams.
  • Project Coordination: Provide coordination and document control support for project-related activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Education in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in project management, process development, and business systems implementation.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with key contacts at all levels in verbal, written, and electronic form.
  • Work Ethic and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate a sound work ethic, meet tight deadlines, and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using software such as Microsoft suite of Office applications, Adobe PDF, and records management and document control systems.

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum: Based on experience and qualifications, this role offers a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for growth.
