Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at St Regis Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Client Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, dependability, and flexibility.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week.
