Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, handle and report lost and found items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent written communication.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
