About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at 12942852 Canada Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Order Management
    • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
    • Prepare sales or other contracts to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Promote sales to existing clients through targeted marketing campaigns and personalized sales approaches.
    • Identify and solicit potential clients to expand our customer base.
    • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Proposal and Presentation Development
    • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
    • Deliver sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Contract Administration and Customer Service
    • Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transaction processes.
    • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
    • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions.
    • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services.
  • Problem Resolution and Customer Support
    • Resolve product and service related problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide customer service to meet client needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
    • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, positive attitude.
  • Work Terms and Conditions
    • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
    • Work Language: English.
