Job Title: Lead Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore of Northern New Brunswick. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various projects and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters to complete construction projects on time and within budget
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead carpenter role
  • College diploma in carpentry or a related field
  • Red Seal Carpenter Certification an asset
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
