We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Self-Checkout Attendant to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with self-service transactions and provide guidance on the efficient use of self-service options.
- Monitor the self-service area and address any technical issues or quality control concerns.
- Promote company-sponsored programs and initiatives to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in using technology and have a strong attention to detail.
