Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at SARJU ENTERPRISE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including the management of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and development programs.
  • Prepare production and other reports, as required.

Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a construction environment.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work on site, with no option to work remotely. The work site environment will be outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions.

Work Setting

The work setting will be in a construction environment, with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards associated with construction work.
